Regrettably after much deep consideration, the guest book has been closed.

After years of nothing but spam upon the hundreds, I do not have time or patients to keep dealing with it. It would overload my system with up to 300 entries a day that were never genuine. Not only a demoralising fact but a pain in the butt to deal with as it would over crowd my inbox making it impossible to see what is what.

Why don't I just block them? Well, my guest book required that in order to block a spam message you enter the IP address into a list. With the volume of messages, doing things this way was a long and painful journey that could take hours and still not cut down on the number of messages received.
